This week is all about Copper.
Weekly Chart - Aldebaran Resources- Market Cap $225 Million - Breakout
The trend of movement in some of these copper stocks continues. Aldebaran with its highest weekly volume since February, up over 10% on Friday. The companies flagship is the Altar Project in Argentina. The company announced a large resource late last year.
We can expect a PEA in Q3 of this year, I am looking forward to seeing the economics of this massive project. Rio Tinto took a 20% stake in the company and will owe the company $30 million after the PEA is released.
Weekly Chart - Faraday Copper - Market Cap $184 Million - Breakout Candidate
Faraday Copper had its highest weekly volume since June of last year, that is very significant. It’s not far away from breaking out of important resistance and is one to watch. The company is focused on the Copper Creek Project in Arizona it has a PEA on it already from 2023 but they have done lots of drilling since that point. Grades are very impressive at the project. They plan to update the existing PEA in Q3 of this year. The company is very active and seems to have constant news flow which is exciting for investors.
Weekly Chart - Solaris - Market Cap $1.05 Billion - Breakout Candidate
With Solaris we aren’t seeing the increased volume yet, but the stock is really close to breaking above the resistance of the last couple years. The company owns the Warintza project in Ecuador and had an amazing run starting in 2020. Drill results are world class. The company recently did a financing with Royal Gold which is worth $200 Million USD. There is coming catalysts with a MRE and PFS expected to be released in Q3 and technical approval of an EIA expected soon. The goal is to make a final investment decision on the property by late 2026.
